    Jet lag is a very common effects almost every persons travel internationally has experienced it. It’s a condition that occurs when your body time and external time are out of alignment.

    Common Symptions:

    • Feels like you are hung over

    • Diet
      • Meals: Eat low salt food on plane. Follow local eating time.
      • Fluides: Drink plenty of water, stay away from alcoholic drinks.
      • Caffeine: Stay with your regular quota, don’t drink too much coffee just because you feel sleepy.
    • Environment:
      • Time: Set your watch to local time and treat it as your body time, even you don’t feel sleepy, try to sleep at regular time (as new time)
      • Food: Eat as soon as you arrive at destination.
      • Free Day: Give your self a free day.
